Be sure to keep your dog's paws safe from the salt. Put on boots for them or use a cream that protects from the salt.

And make sure they don't stay outside too long.

Big dog weekend coming up soon. Going to the Chicago Dog Show at McCormick Place Feb. 27th and testing some nice dogs on the 28th.

Happy New Year to all. Time to think about checking your ID badges to see if you need to get recertified by the end of March. I am planning a test the last weekend in Feb.

Test update

For those whose registration expires on Dec. 30th, I am sorry to report that no evaluations are scheduled by me or the evaluators that I know until after the first of the year. It is possible to get an extension from Delta.

Today I tested 8 awesome dogs at the Rain Forest Learning Center in the South Loop. Each one of them have a special gift that they will bring to patients, children and the others they visit.
