double dog fun

On Saturday, I tested five wonderful dogs from Indiana, up in St. Joseph Michigan. The star was a St. Bernard named Drew.

Then I went up to South Haven and had a great time visiting and dog watching at the Al-Van fundraiser, Paws on the Pier. It was a perfect day.

Today, I tested several wonderful dogs, including one team that will be a part of PAWS 4 PATIENTS. My helpers were just great. Thanks everyone.

Each dog and handler brought some special personality to the test. They were all great and everyone did their best.

back to work

Today, Liberty and I went back to work visiting patients for the first time in three months. It was wonderful to be back. We had several awesome visits. One little lady in particular was just a joy to be with.

When we left each PT gym, everyone had smiles on their faces.

On Sunday, I tested seven awesome dogs of all sizes. They and their handlers all qualified to become Pet Partners. The test was held at a wonderful site in the South Loop of Chicago, called the Rainforest Learning Center.

Liberty had a ball in Michigan watching bunnies and chipmunks, looking at the lake and taking in the pure Michigan air.

Fun Summer Event

If any of you are in Michigan on June 27th, come to Paws on the Pier in South Haven. Lots of fun for people and their pets. Proceeds go to the Al Van Humane Society.
