Liberty and I had some great visits with patients at Westlake and Oak Park Hospitals today. Plus a new handler observed and Sarah and Lucy were there too. Wonderful day!!!!!!

News from a PAWS member

One of our long distance members, Kelly Elvin, was quoted in USA today on the benefits ( and a couple of small disadvantages) of changing careers. In her case, she went from attorney to dog trainer.

Now Kelly is reaping the rewards of freedom, satifaction and pride while working with dogs and their human, helping them to really become a person's best (behaved) friend.

My own dog Liberty passed her Delta recertification test last week with a Complex rating. Whew.

Wish me luck. Next week, Liberty and I are doing our every two year evaluation. Talk about being nervous. Wow!!!

Yesterday I tested three great new teams from Jus Pet Um from Indiana. They came to my place in Michigan for their evaluations. Great people. Great dogs. Good Luck everyone!
